By not rinsing your mouth you’re allowing that powerful fluoride to stay in your mouth and continue to work long after your brushed.

Test out different flosses to see which ones would best work with your teeth and spacing. And find a toothpaste you like. Once you have these details figured out start by committing to brushing two minutes a day. After your routine is set up you can start to pay more attention to finer details like whether you rinse after brushing or not and if you do, the amount of water used. In the end, it’s all about protecting your teeth and ensuring you’re set up to have a healthy mouth for years to come.
